Farm-Baked Sourdough Bread from The ReFarmery

Every week on the farm, we bake fresh sourdough bread with thought and care. Our chosen flour is local, milled in the Bay Area. Our sourdough starter was a gift  to the farm, shared by another baker who had been tending it for over a decade. To these, we add only sea salt, fresh water, time and heat. The ReFarmery Kitchen tested hundreds of variations before bringing this selected bread to share with our community. Farm-baked sourdough is available to CSA members, at select farmers markets, and directly from the farm from our online farm stand.
